Bruce, a couple of items on your cost sheet. At least three people will be sharing van fuel costs. Also, fuel in the park is likely to be $100. So reduce your van cost from $750 for fuel to $200. For the fly-ins I have found tickets with luggage fee for $600 RT. So reduce that from $1000 to $600.
Tom, Good points. I had thought of that while gassing up my car but then forgot about it before getting home. The revised estimates look a lot better but we must remember this is just a baseline. Consider what Neil Gunton said about the "large" orange juice.
